Farmers in Zaporizhzhia region have achieved a record grain harvest of 3 million tons, one of the best results in recent years. The success is attributed to the use of modern technologies and high-quality seeds, as well as favorable weather conditions. The grain harvest can help the region increase its exports and boost the income of agricultural producers. Moreover, the rise in grain production can play an important role in ensuring the country’s food security. However, experts note that maintaining a high level of grain production requires constant modernization and investment in agriculture. Overall, the success of Zaporizhzhia region in grain production is a significant factor for the development of agriculture and the economy of Ukraine.
The achievement of Zaporizhzhia region in harvesting 3 million tons of grain emphasizes the importance not only of the volume of the harvest, but also of ensuring its high quality. Grain quality analysis is a key stage in meeting international standards, which allows farmers in the region to successfully sell their products on the domestic and export markets. Accurate determination of parameters such as moisture, protein, gluten and oil content helps prevent quality losses during storage and processing, and also ensures the competitiveness of grain.
For qualitative grain analysis, agricultural producers can use modern infrared Granolyser analyzers from 3S Company, the exclusive partner of the German company Pfeuffer in Ukraine. These devices allow you to quickly and accurately determine key quality indicators of grain, oilseed and leguminous crops without prior sample preparation. Granolyser conducts analysis in 20–40 seconds, assessing moisture, protein, gluten, starch and other parameters with high accuracy.
