Flour export volumes from Kazakhstan decreased
The exports of flour in this season decreased in relation to the previous one. This figure decreased from 934.000 tons (the period from July to November of last season) to 858.000 tons (the period from July to November of this season). In a percentage ration this equals 8.2%.
However, it should be noted that exports at the beginning of this season exceeded last year’s volumes. The initial export figures were 156.000 tons this season, while at the beginning of the last year season only 135.000 tons were exported. According to the August figures, this season is also more successful: in August of the current marketing year, 166.600 tons were exported, while in the previous season 136.600 tons were supplied to foreign markets. In September, the exports of flour for this season and previous equaled. And then this year export figures began to decrease.
It should be recalled that in November 2017, 195.500 tons of flour were exported, in October – 187.000 tons, and in September – almost 153.000 tons of flour.
