This device is an automatic analyser for conducting high-precision measurements: protein, moisture gluten, ash, W (specific dough deformation) and P/L (elasticity/elongation).
High precision was achieved by applying innovations in productions and thanks to a special optical system.
This ensures the regular, precise and fast analysis of flour.
This device is easy to operate as it was manufactured using the best technologies that exist today.
The analyser illuminates the sample and measures its infrared spectrum. The device calculates the mathematical relationship between the spectrum and the amount of components in the sample, which is determined by the analyser, based in a large number of sub-samples. The built-in computer calculates the values of the sample components and outputs the finished result.
It is possible to measure up to 6 parameters of the sample simultaneously. NIR Control is precalibrated.
