Kazakhstan launches a major deep grain processing project: quality control technologies will play a key role

Kazakhstan has approved an investment project for the construction of a modern deep grain processing plant in the Akmola region. The facility will become one of the largest agro-industrial projects in the country and will be located in the Aqmola industrial zone.

The total investment amounts to approximately 300 billion tenge, with a planned production capacity of up to 6 million tons per year. The plant will focus on zero-waste grain processing, producing high value-added products ranging from flour and groats to compound feed.

A key component of the project will be an advanced quality control system. Modern automatic grain sampling technologies will be implemented to ensure accuracy and compliance with international standards.

3S Company, as the official representative of O.K. SERVIS BioPro (Czech Republic), offers BIOPRO VV06 automatic grain samplers for such high-tech facilities. The equipment ensures representative sampling across the entire height of the grain mass, including the lower layers, enabling an objective assessment of raw material quality and improving the efficiency of incoming quality control.

The project also includes the development of a research laboratory, infrastructure expansion, and training of specialists in bioengineering. In the long term, it will increase domestic processing capacity and strengthen Kazakhstan’s position as an exporter of high value-added agricultural products.
