Results of 2017: Flour production in Ukraine
During 2017, 1.940.000 t of flour were manufactured in Ukraine, which is 2% less than the figure of the last year.
Such information was provided by the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine.
In December 2017, 162 thousand tons of flour were manufactured, which exceeds the figure of December 2016 by 11.6%, and it also exceeds the figure of November 2017 by 11.2%.
According to experts of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, Ukraine has every chance to enter the international flour markets and break through among the other suppliers.
It should be recalled that from the beginning of the current MY, 252.000 tons of flour were exported from Ukraine, which exceeds the figure of the previous MY by 43.000 tons.
