Sample divider with adjustable division ratio RODE 2
The international group «3S Company» is the official representative of the company O.K.SERVIS BioPro (Czech Republic). We offer you a rotary divider with adjustable division ratio RODE 2.
It is used for dividing samples of free flowing products, mainly cereals.
Operation:
The principle of operation is to sow the sample in a cone-shaped container with a rotating tube with a certain number of holes. To determine the division ratio, you need to adjust the width of the hole. This can be done either manually or automatically. The division coefficient is a ratio between the subsample volume and total amount of the sample that is to be divided.
Fields of application:
- Enterprises for the reception, storage and processing of grain.
- Seed breeding, selection, etc.
- There are other granulated materials that are suitable for dividing. These are plastics, for example.
Additional information:
- The capacity of the hopper is 16 litres.
- In the standard version, after division, we obtain two similar subsamples.
- The amount of each subsample is 1 litre. In order to a obtain another amount of subsamples, you need to change the division ratio, as well as the amount of the sample.
- The residual sample passes through the central part of the device and then goes either to the backward transport line or to a special container.
- The maximum diameter of the particle is up to 10 mm.
- Supplied with a special steel stand for installation in the laboratory.
- On the request, a backward transport system is available.
Advantages and characteristics:
- The device is designed in accordance with ISO 24333.
- The process of dividing the sample is quick and accurate.
- The division ratio is adjustable.
- Suitable for working with any other sampler or separately.
Additional features:
- Automatic adjustment of the hole width, based on the sample size.
- Four subsamples.
Backward transport system
Where to put the surplus after sampling? The solution of this problem will be the usage of pneumatic sample transport system from the laboratory.
If you use an automatic grain sampler, and follow the manual, then the amount of the sample is more than you need for laboratory analysis. Consequently, after the division and homogenization a large amount of surpluses remain in the laboratory, especially during the peak seasons.
Advantages:
- Higher efficiency of work processes in the laboratory as well as the automation of certain processes.
- The ability to send an extra sample to rail cars, containers or silos.
Characteristics:
- Standard di
stance of transportation – up to 30 m.
- The selection of the system is based on the needs of the customer.
- Modular transport system (hopper, hose, cyclone, fan).
Technical characteristics of the device:
