Experts forecast a new record for rapeseed production and export
According to the obtained information, as of August 31, the rapeseed harvest was completed throughout the Ukraine.
According to preliminary estimates, the rape crop harvest this year will be 3.3 million tons, which is 16% higher than last year.

The experts also forecast an increase in rapeseed processing volumes for this marketing year. So, the forecast for the current year is 370 thousand tons, which is 11% more than it was processed last year.
In addition, the increse in production and export of rapeseed oil and meal by 10% is also planned for this year.
It should be recalled that according to received information as of September 2, 755 thousand hectares were sown with winter rape, which is 70% of the planned area.
Last year, 703 thousand hectares were sown as of the same date.
