The cost of sugar and sunflower oil stabilizes in Russia

Most likely, the criticism of V.V. Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, stirred up retail and businessmen, forcing their appetite to limit. Official agreements were signed between the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, manufacturers and large retail chains.

These agreements will come into force by the end of March 2021. According to the Minister of Agriculture, agreements were reached with the main producers of sugar and sunflower oil in Russia. The list of parties to the agreements will most likely grow, which will help make the products more affordable for the Russian population.

The agreement states that the participants are obliged to adjust the price of the goods within 5 days after signing the agreement.
