This device is used to sort and evaluate the quality of grain.

Application

Sortimat is used to sort and classify crops and processed products.

The main crop is brewing barley. Sortimat is also used to determine the productive capacity of cereals, legumes, oilseeds and granules.

Sorting process

Hundred grams of sample is required for sorting process. You do not need much time thanks to the integrated cleaning of the screens and the body, with the possibility of tilting. Thanks to these features, you can do several sortings without cleaning. It also eliminates the complex process of disassembling and cleaning the screens after each sorting. The model range includes three models of the device – with three, four or five screens. Sortimat consists of a vibrating device with an electric motor and an electronic timer to control the screening time.

Accessories

Additionally, you can install a device for separating wheat or barley and rye. These devices are plastic channels with grooved recesses designed to separate broken and round grain.
