Service platforms and ladders. All structures are equipped with fences and intermediate platforms, which allows providing safety for the personnel. In addition, non-slip steps can be provided as an option.

Catwalks. The width of these structures can be from 1200 mm to 2000 mm, with a pitch of 200 mm. They correspond to the model range of conveyors. Platforms are equipped with a special grid to eliminate the possibility of tripping over a platform.

Expanding platforms. These sites are designed to increase the area of the working platform, which allows to increase the space for servicing conveyor equipment.

Supports and columns. To support the galleries, two types of supports are used: top and side. They are designed to transfer workload from workers, snow, etc. on vertical stiffeners, and then the weight is transferred to the ground. If the loads are higher, independent supports are offered.

Ventilation. This system includes various types of fans, the installation and the type of which depends on the needs of the client. The development and laying of ventilation ducts are carried out taking into account the requirements for airflow, and also relying on the selected unloading system (auger or chain conveyor, and the location of unloading systems).

Thermometry systems. The principle of this system is to read the indicators of digital sensors located inside the silo. The sensors are attached to the temperature cables, which are than attached to the silo roof. Thanks to the polymer coating on the cables, it is possible to almost completely eliminate the friction between the product and the cable. The tensile strength of cables is up to 10 tons. The range of the sensors is 2 m.

Sweep auger. It is used to unload loose products from silos with a flat bottom, which remained after unloading by gravity. There are two options for the delivery of equipment: when the motor is installed at the top or bottom of the auger. The capacity of the screw is from 25 to 300 tons per hour.
