Characteristics of the device

• 4 different sizes are available: 3, 5, 10 and 18 l
• Different number of gaps
• Different gap widths
• Can be used for pellets, flours or powders

Operating principle

This device is used for mechanical separation of the sample. Operating principle of this device implies the following steps:

1. Pour the sample to be divided into the hinged container.
2. Tilt this container. The division ratio is 50:50.

If further division of the sample is required, follow these steps (depending on the model of the device):

3. Reposition the reception drawer (depends on the model).
4. Fill the hinged container with a sample.
5. Tilt the container.

Thanks to various models of the device, you can work with different products. Models for powder and flour are equipped with a special valve to present dust emission.
