As of the beginning of July the grain stores in the main cereal areas in Kazakhstan amounted to 4.000.000 t
According to the previous information from the portal “Kazakh-Zerno”, the number of grain stocks in Kazakhstan as of July 1 was slightly less than 5,200,000 t of cereals and leguminous crops.
We should note that 80% of the reserves, which is about 4,000,000 t, are located in the bins of the most developed grain areas – Akmola, Kostanay and North Kazakhstan regions.
The largest volume of grain is in the Akmola region (slightly more than 1.530.000 t). The second place was taken by the North-Kazakhstan region (1.320.000 t) and the third place is occupied by the Kostanay region (the amount of reserves was 1.160.000 t).
As of the beginning of July of this year, more than 4 million tons of grain had been harvested and stored in Kazakhstan’s main grain regions. This is a significant indicator and indicates high yields and quality of grain crops in this region. In particular, the largest amount of grain was harvested in the Akmola, Kostanay, and North Kazakhstan regions. The increase in volumes of grain production in the region has a positive impact on the country’s economy, as grain is one of Kazakhstan’s main export goods. Overall, the situation in the grain market in Kazakhstan remains stable and suggests further growth in grain production and exports.
