Despite the thaw, the condition of winter crops in the center of Ukraine is considered good
According to information received from farmers from the region, despite the thaw, the condition of winter crops in the central part of Ukraine has not changed for worse.

According to the farmers, we know that the condition of winter crops is now considered as good and satisfactory. We also received information that snow from the fields was almost gone, but there was no icing in these areas.
It should also be recalled that according to information from Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the area under winter crops was just over 7 million hectares.
Despite the recent thaw, the state of winter crops in central Ukraine is considered good. Winter wheat and barley are showing good growth and development. The yield of winter crops can have a positive impact on the agricultural economy in the region, providing additional income for farmers and increasing export volumes. However, it is necessary to take into account possible risks such as changing weather conditions and the impact of diseases on plants.
