Filling station Contafill and Contafill 2

Device for filling bags and bottles. It is designed to work with Contador.

The advantages of the device:

• Suitable for the most common paper and plastic bags
• Rotating plate for plastic and glass bottles
• Number of seeds and bags is set in advance
• Automatic detection of missing bag or bottle
• Two operating modes: continuous or stop after one cycle

Operating principle

1. Seeds are poured into the feed hopper.
2. The bags are mounted on a rotating plate.
3. Set the number of seeds per bag.
4. Start the device.

The device can operate in two filling modes: continuous mode and stop after one cycle. In the continuous operation mode, the packages are replaced as they are filled, and in cyclic operation mode, the first batch of 10 packages is filled, then a new batch of 10 packages is attached to the rotating plate.

In addition, the device can automatically detect a missing bag, which helps prevent product leakage.

If a second rotating plate is installed and packages are fixed on it, then the plates are interchanged at the end of the cycle.
