To date, flour export from Ukraine amounted about 120,000 tons of flour
From the beginning of the season to date (16.06.2021), Ukraine exported 119,000 tons of flour and 207,000 tons of processed products (64% less than in 2020 – 325,000 tons).
Considering exports separately by types of flour: wheat – 118,000 tons (64% less), flour from other grains – 1,100 tons (remained unchanged), processed products – 1.3 tons (less by 54%).
With the increase in flour export volumes, quality control of products is becoming especially important. International buyers have strict requirements for whiteness, moisture, protein content, ash and other parameters. To ensure stable quality and compliance with standards, companies are increasingly using modern IR analyzers not only for grain, but also for finished products – flour.
Devices such as analyzers from Infracont allow real-time determination of key flour characteristics, which is especially important when forming export batches. Fast and accurate testing helps to avoid returns and ensures trust from foreign partners.
