The amount of 6.9 billion UAH for agro-industrial complex was included to the draft of Ukrainian budget for 2019
The draft budget of Ukraine for 2019 provides 6.9 billion UAH to support the agro-industrial complex.

According to information received from Vladimir Groisman, 1.38 billion UAH will be allotted to compensate the fourth part of the cost of agricultural machinery produced in Ukraine. For the program supporting the Ukrainian farming, the amount of 1 billion UAH was allotted. Also, the amount of 4 billion UAH will be provided from the budget to subsides the livestock farming.
It should be recalled that in 2018 only a small amount of 227 million UAH was allotted from the budget to support livestock, when it was planned to provide 4 billion UAH.
The 2019 budget of Ukraine allocates 6.9 billion hryvnias for supporting agriculture and developing the agrarian sector. This indicates the priority of the agrarian industry for the country’s economy and the government. The funds will be directed towards supporting producers, providing quality seed material, developing agricultural technologies and infrastructure. Such measures will strengthen the competitiveness of the Ukrainian agrarian sector in the global market and ensure sustainable economic growth of the country. Additionally, it will contribute to the creation of new jobs and the improvement of the living standards of residents in rural areas. Overall, the allocation of 6.9 billion hryvnias for supporting the agrarian sector is an important step towards the development of the Ukrainian economy and its strengthening on the global stage.
