The cleaning procedure is almost completely the same as the normal process of a standard machine.

Application

The ratio of impurities (coarse and fine) and high-quality grain is determined during the reception of the grain batch, using a small amount of sample. This allows you to take only high-quality grain and not accept batches that do not meet the requirements specified in contract. This device is suitable for almost all crops from rapeseed to corn and beans.

Operation

Fill the sample and begin the process of cleaning. If it is needed, the sample first passes through the deawner for a predetermined period (20 to 60 seconds). Then the deawner automatically opens and the sample enters the suction chamber. Dust and other light impurities are removed by suction and settle in a dust bag. The sample then passes through a sieve to remove large impurities and through a sieve to remove fine impurities. Impurities and sand fall into the left receiving container, and high-quality grain fall into the right receiving container. Feeding funnel available optionally. In this way, a larger amount of sample can be cleaned.

The standard package includes:

• 4 plastic containers;
• 2 meter cable;
• 2 sieves.
