The government voted to postpone the cancellation of VAT refund for the export of industrial crops, and cancelled this law when exporting oilseeds.

Such data was provided by AgroPolit.com.

The number of deputies voted for these changes were 274.

According to the changes introduced, sunflower producers will continue to receive VAT refund, while regarding the other two crops it is only possible to delay this new law taking effect. Regarding rapeseed, the producers will have another 2 years of delay, as the decree becomes law on January 1, 2020. As for soybeans, there is not much time, it was only possible to postpone the enactment of the law until September 1 of the next year, and this law will last for three years.

In addition, the report says that such a version of the law is not final, as it does not suit the producers of products. The deputies voted in order to delay the decree becoming law and to get some time for producers to adjust to the new situation, and to show the government that such a law is contrary to the conditions of work with the EU, and besides, it is simply unfair.
