Export of oilseeds from Ukraine
Between July and December of 2017/18 MY, more than 3.500.000 t of oilseeds were supplied to international markets. This figure is higher than the figure for the same period of the last season by 1.200.000 t. During the half a year of 2016/17 MY 2.300.000 t of oilseeds were exported.
Such information was provided by the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
The structure of export was also mentioned in the report. Thus, the supply volume of rape reached a level of more than 2.000.000 t. Compared to the previous season, exports volumes increased by 1.100.000 t.
The volume of soybean exports for the same period amounted to 1.500.000 t. That is 100.000 t more than in the previous marketing year.
