Export of corn from Ukraine in 2017
During the 12 months of 2017, 19.39 million tons of corn were exported from Ukraine. The sum of exports amounted to 2.99 billion dollars.

The main consumers of corn from Ukraine during 12 months of 2017 were the Netherlands (2.83 million tons of corn were sent to this country, and the cost of supply amounted to 435.62 million dollars), Egypt (2.56 million tons of corn were sent to this country, and the cost of supply amounted to 394.41 million dollars) and Spain (2.18 million tons of corn were sent to this country, and the cost of supply amounted to 336.47 million dollars).
It should be recalled that the production of corn in the world will be 1.05 billion dollars, which exceeds the forecast for November of the current marketing year by 14.000.000 tons.
The export of corn from Ukraine in 2017 was marked by high rates, indicating the importance and competitiveness of the Ukrainian corn industry. Ukraine occupies one of the leading positions in the global corn market due to its resources and product quality.
