This device is used to determine the amount of impurities, sort and weight the sample. It is suitable for working with various crops and seeds.

Operating principle

Pour the sample into the loading hopper and start the measurement process. First, the device weighs the initial weight of incoming sample, then the cleaning process starts automatically. After that, the grain and impurities enter the containers and are weighed separately.

The display shows the results: the weight of each fraction, as well as the percentage of impurities.

After that, all the sample enters a collection container of 180 liters, which allows to to hold more than 100 samples.

Additionally, a pneumatic sample backward system can be installed, which will automatically transport the sample to its destination.

This automation system can be installed with an already purchased SLN 3 separator.
