Automatic grain sampler on monorail Rakoraf 2 Linear
This machine is designed for grain sampling from vehicles.
Operation:
The sampling probe is inserted into the grain bulk using the control panel. Then the grain is taken from the truck. During the sampling process, the product is not exposed to the suction effect and, accordingly, neither broken grain nor dust enters the receiving container with the product. After sampling, the sample is transported through hoses to the receiving cyclone and is then ready for further work.
Characteristics:
- This sampler is used to take samples from trucks with a trailer or multiple trailer without having to move the vehicle.
- The head of the sampler moves along the monorail, which is 12 m long. The sampling radius is 4.4 meters.
- You can install the monorail in two different ways. The first option is to mount the monorail on supports. The second option is to mount it to the wall with brackets.
- The taken sample can be delivered either directly to the laboratory or into a receiving container that is attached to the head of the sampler.
On request, the sampler can be additionally equipped with the following items:
- Automatic cable layer;
- System for transporting a sampler at a distance of up to 50 m (when transporting to a longer distances, the sample can dry out or damage);
- Backward transport system;
- Sample divider Vario 2H;
- Various video surveillance systems;
