Increase in the production of oil from rapeseed in Ukraine
According to statistical data, in the current MY there is an increase in the production of oil from rape. The increase reached 23% in comparison with the same period of the previous year. In the period from July to April, 81.3 thousand tons of rapeseed oil was produced, whereas for the same period of the last year this figure was 66.2 thousand tons.

The production of oil from rape in March amounted to 0.23 thousand tons, while in April there was a slight decrease and production figures amounted to 0.1 thousand tons.
According to experts, in the current year, the production of oil from rapeseed reached at least 82 thousand tons.
It should be added that, according to IGC forecasts, the world’s rape harvest will drop by 1.7% to 73.3 million tons.
